We have a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
To make holiday shopping stress-free, all products purchased from November 1 through December 31, 2026 are eligible for return until January 31, 2027. This policy applies to both regular and gift purchases (excluding gift cards), ensuring flexibility for the holiday season.
How to Initiate a Return
We want to make your return process as easy as possible! Follow these steps to initiate a return through our website:
Step 1: Access the Return Portal
- Visit our Return Portal: Return & Exchange Portal
- Truck your Order: Use the Order Number and email address associated with your purchase.
Step 2: Start Your Return
- Locate Your Order: Once logged in, find the order you want to return from your order history.
- Select the Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Your Return Method: Select the return option that suits you best (return for refund, exchange, store credit, etc.).
Step 3: Generate a Return Label
- Confirm Your Return: After selecting the return method, confirm your return request.
- Receive a Return Label: You'll receive a return shipping label via email.
- Print the Label: Print the return label and attach it to your package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
- Drop Off Your Package: Take your package to the nearest carrier drop-off location.
Step 5: Processing Your Return
- Return to Our Warehouse: Your return will be sent to one of our fulfillment centers, where it will be processed.
- Refund/Exchange Processed: Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
If the product isn't shipped within 10 days after receiving a return authorization or label, we may cancel the return request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
